Carnet Sport Santé will allow you to keep a diary of all your activities and to confront them with the problems that have occurred over time. This journal is composed of three lists of activities: "training", "competitions", "medical problems". The elements of each list are sorted chronologically (ascending or descending), and they can be grouped by month, these options are definable in the "Configuration" menu.
You can also keep all your medical information in a medical profile that will serve you during your medical appointments.
The display is optimized when you use a digital tablet, if the width> = to 900 pixels you enjoy the display in portrait mode.
1) Workouts:
The basis of the athlete's activity is in the training: to repeat, prepare, refine the movements and the strategies to deploy.
the training log is displayed on a list. You can group them by month or not, and you can sort them chronologically increasing or decreasing. You can delete any workout. You can edit every piece of information in a workout, except for its duration, which is always fixed.

Any training can be "Shared".
2) Competitions:

The competition log is displayed on a list. You can group them by month or not, and you can sort them chronologically increasing or decreasing. You can delete any competition. You can edit every piece of information in a competition, except for its duration, which is always fixed.
Data: Date and time, Duration, Team members, Opponents, Location, Type of terrain, Objectives, Appraisal, Appraisal, Score, Awards, Temperature, Weather conditions.
Any competition can be "Shared".
3) Medical problems:
Any sport carries risks of injury, to better care you can start by noting the problems.
The medical problem log is displayed on a list. You can sort them chronologically increasing or decreasing. You can remove any medical problem.
Data: Start date, End date, Problem / Illness, Healing status, Caregiver name, Body part (chosen on an anatomical diagram).
Any medical problem can be "shared".
4) Tips:
A good dose of advice is good for the sportsman curious to better understand the functioning of his body.
You will be able to read articles which advise you to practice the sport and how to succeed to keep you in shape, by accessing the websites: "Vololaden.com" (specialized in running) and "Doctissimo.com" (general site) If you are interested in the subject, you will be able to read a presentation on sports doping and read tips to avoid using it.
5) Profile:
You can define your medical profile:
5-1) You will record your morphological data: Height, Weight, Age, BMI (body mass index) and IMG (fat mass index).
5-2) You will record your complete medical history: Medical History, Surgical History, Hospitalizations, Usual Treatments, Allergies, Diets, Vaccines.
Your profile data can be sent to your doctors by "sharing" the data you have saved, for example to your email application.
